THE EAR AND ANTIGYM.

THE EAR, ACTIVE LISTENING.
- It is a part of the body that is visible from the outside, such as the outer ear, which contains a cavity housing the structures responsible for capturing sound. It is also responsible for both physical and mental balance.
- 💔 If it gets blocked, everything falls apart and the brain isn't stimulated as it should be, receiving confusing information from the outside world, as if it were deafened.
- Filtering out the sounds and words that hurt us can be both helpful and necessary for managing pain, our emotions, and our daily lives.
- As Therese Bertherat said;
“We aren’t deaf; we can hear, but we simply can’t listen.”
Therese Bertherat
That's why I'm asking;
-Do we use our ears to shield ourselves from those sounds and words that don’t benefit us? And do they also produce earwax to protect us by removing dirt and preventing infections?
-Or is it a prison for those things we don’t want to hear and don’t want our brains to imprint on our bodies?
I think it’s both. What about you?
